Notice from Island Health regarding Current Grade 6 Immunization Clinics
Grade 6 students who would normally have completed their immunizations at school in the spring are now due for their second doses of vaccine. As COVID restrictions have limited our opportunity to do this at school, Public Health Nurses from Island Health have partnered with Saanich Baptist Church (SBC) to ensure we offer this essential service at an alternate location. Please attend one of the below clinics:
Thurs June 18: SBC Wilkinson Road Campus, times per table below

Parents (or an adult designated by you) may bring your student at the assigned time according to last name. This will help us provide service quickly and avoid line-ups. If you are unable to attend at the assigned time, please contact your school nurse.
