We had a very good first day back yesterday - teachers went over our new routines carefully with students in the morning and by the afternoon our school was humming along!
Moving forward, families are requested to use the BC Covid-19 Thrive App as their Daily Health Check tool as it is in alignment with the latest guidelines set by the BC Government.
Please report your child's absence to royaloak_attendance@saanichschools.ca and for monitoring purposes, we are asking parents to indicate in their communication if your child is away due to illness. You are not required to say if they are Covid positive, however it is very helpful for us to know how much illness is impacting our school community on any given day.
