Grade 6 Immunizations October 27 - Grade 6 students will be offered immunizations at school with parent consent on October 27. Information packages were sent home October 2. With parent/guardian consent, Public Health Nurses will provide recommended immunizations based on your child’s immunization history. Oct 12 - Thanksgiving Day STAT
