Please see the attached Daily Health Screening Check. We ask you to ensure this is completed before your child attends school on Thursday or Friday of this week. No need to print it off - just be sure to go through it with your child. Each student will receive two paper copies of this health check on Monday. One of the copies has a place to write your child’s name and division number on it and is to be completed and submitted to the homeroom teacher during the first full week of school, preferably for Friday, September 18, 2020. The other copy is on bright pink paper and is meant to go on the fridge or another location that will remind you to ensure the screening has been completed for your child each day.
