Spring Programs 

We have officially launched our new spring programs and registration is now open!

Spring After School Programs Ages 8-12, Join us on one of our fun filled, educational after school outdoor programs!  Currently we are offering the animal game - a giant tag game based on the food chain.  Participants will learn about the food chain and surrounding natural environment while having a blast and getting tonnes of exercise! Location is at Beaver Lake.

Spring Weekend Day Programs Ages 8-12, Your youth will get to see different wilderness areas around the Greater Victoria Area!  Program activities include hiking, kayaking, geocaching, navigation, orienteering, fire building, forest running games and survival skills. All of our programs are educationally focused, which means your children will not only have a great experience but will learn something too!

Victoria Day Weekend Intro to Backpacking Ages 12-14, We are offering a "Learn to Backpack" program this May long weekend.  The program is a 3 day, 2 night hike through the coastal temperate rain forest on the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail.  Participants will experience crossing the trail’s many suspension bridges, west coast beaches and numerous tidal pools teaming with marine life. Participants learn some of the steps to conduct a coastal hiking expedition, become a leader, work as a part of a team and much more! This is a once in a lifetime experience on a rugged, wild coastline!

Summer Programs

We have officially launched registration for both our summer programs!

Summer Day Program Ages 5-16, Join us for a fun filled, educational outdoor summer day program! Our programs generally include canoeing, kayaking, hiking, geocaching, fire building, camp cooking, running games, swimming, crafting and more. As with our spring programs, all of our summer programs are educationally focused, which means your children will not only have a great experience but will learn something too!

Summer Overnight Program Ages 6-16, This is a 6 day long overnight camp that runs Sunday afternoon to Friday afternoon. During each program, group participants will help choose activities like canoeing, kayaking, hiking, geocaching, fire building, camp cooking, campfires, running games, swimming, crafting and more.  As with all Western Educational Adventure camps, our summer overnight program is educationally focused, which means your children will not only have a great experience but they will learn something too!

Special option for teens ages 14-16: While doing fun camp activities this age group also learns to work with and look after younger kids, teaching teens valuable leadership skills.
