Congratulations to Parker L. for winning the Optimists Pacific Northwest Regional Communication Contest for the oral deaf and hard of hearing in Vancouver, Washington this past weekend.
Everyone was impressed by her poise and confidence. Once again she was a wonderful representative for School District 63.
Parker has received a $2500 scholarship, a certificate and a plaque.
She has also been invited to co-host next year's competition.
