The PAC general meeting this month will be held on Wednesday, January 20th at 7 pm in the Learning Commons at ROMS. Plan to attend as the agenda includes proposed spending by PAC for the remainder of the school year. A vote will be held to approve funding for staff requests.
There is a fantastic opportunity for parents to attend the Vancouver Island Parent Conference (vipc.ca). This one day event is exceptional and planning is done by School District 62 and 61 PACS. Check out the vipc website. The location this year is at the new Royal Bay Secondary on Saturday, Feb 27. Register online by Feb 10th for the early bird rate.
