ROMS Basketball: All teams are reminded to go to lowerislandschoolsports.ca to view the updated game schedule and confirm where and when they are playing this week. Also, the practice schedule for all teams is found on the ROMS Athletics website and on the PE office doors.
6/7 Rec Basketball: There will be an important meeting for all boys on Mr. Lloyd's Grade 6/7 Rec team, today in the gym at FIRST recess. All players on this team must attend.
Grade 6/7 Indoor Soccer Intramurals: Will continue on Thursday this week. Members of the Athletic Leadership team will visit classes who are scheduled to play soon to advise them of the plan for Thursday.
Intra-murals: Notice to divisions 8-1, 8-2 and 8-3 of their intra-mural indoor soccer games Wednesday at lunch.
Girls Group: Girls in rotation 2 will meet at Advisory in room 215 to bake some cookies today.
Canteen Sale: Pizza bread, cookies, hot chocolate and ice tea will be on sale today
Band Sectionals: All grade 6 saxophone students will be held today during lunch advisory time at 12:47 in the band room.
Choir: Will begin again today at lunch activity time at 1:16
Food Drive: We are extending the deadline to bring in non-perishable food items for the local food bank. Please bring in food by November 26th at the latest. Youth in Action members will collect your food at advisories. Thunderbird hallway is in the lead with 212 items, followed by Orca with 90, Wolf with 60 and Raven with 39.
Judo Club: Royal Oak Judo Club will be on the mats for a practice today after school in the Multi-Purpose Room
France Trip: All grade 8 students traveling to France this year, you have a meeting today at 1:16 in Mme. Ryan’s room.
Pizza Day: Pizza day this week will be on Friday Nov. 22.
