Today is Tuesday,  May 22 and here’s the news about what’s happening at ROMS. Our weather calls for full sunshine today and a high of 17 degrees.

Welcome back from the Victoria day long weekend.  If you went to the parade, you got to be tired after watching a 3 hour parade!

The end of the school year is drawing near.  Are you on top of all your assignments? Start asking now what assignments you might be missing.

Quiz your teacher:

  1. What kind of car did Prince Harry and Megan drive away in?

  2. When is our early closure day this week?

  3. Are you going in the dunk tank?

Did You know?

  • Did you know popcorn was invented by the Aztec People

  • Did you know french fries are originally from Belgium

  • Did you know apples are more effective at waking you up in the morning than coffee

  • Did you know rice is the staple food for 50% of the world's population

The PAC Spring Fling  fun night is this Friday!  Yes this Friday! Be sure you come out and bring your friends and family.  It starts at 5:30 and ends at 8 am. Fund games for everyone!

The early closure day this week is for teachers to connect with parents and students that have academic concerns.  Teachers will contact parents that they need to see.

Your class has a duty rotation for cleaning up the school grounds.  Be sure to do your part to keep our grounds clean.

Cell Phones:  Be sure your phone is locked up in your locker.  You do not want it taken away!

That’s all for today! Be sure to stay safe and wear your seatbelt! ROMS TV Newscast OUT!  See you tomorrow!
