ROMS TV Script, May 14

Here is your afternoon ROMS TV News report

S1: Hello! I’m ____________________

Today is Monday, May 14 and here’s the news about what’s happening at ROMS. Our weather calls for full sunshine today and a high of 24 degrees.  Now that is a nice day kids!

The school year is quickly coming to an end.  Be sure to stick to your goals and keep an academic focus right to the end!

Did You know?

  • Did you know dreamt is the only word that ends in mt

  • Did you know the first letters of the months July through to November spell JASON

  • Did you know a cat has 32 muscles in each ear

  • Did you know goldfish can see both infrared and ultraviolet light

Ask Your Teacher:

  1. If they are going in the dunk tank at the Spring Fling?

  2. What day is it on Monday?  Why do we recognize this day?

Reminders:

Keep track of your water bottle!  We currently have 16 water bottles in the Lost and Found.

This coming Monday is a holiday!  Yes!!

The PAC Spring Fling is May 25th!  Make sure you book this fun filled activity in your planning calendar!

If you are involved in track and field or rugby, be sure to listen to the announcements to hear when your practice and  events are. You can also be looking at the ROMS athletic web page for details.

Recycling:   Remember - recycling reduces the garbage we send to the landfill!

This concludes our ROMS TV Newscast for today.  If it happens, it happens on ROMS TV

We will see you tomorrow with a News update on ROMS TV when we return!
