Assemblies: Just a reminder that there are assemblies today. Block 1-Grade 8's, Block 2-Blue Floor grades 6/7 plus 6-5, Block 4 – Green floor grades 6/7. Bring your class down to the MPR at the beginning of the block.


Band registration is open now, see Mr. Bridgman for more details. Registration forms are due May 1.

Science challengers have a building challenge today at lunch recess in Mr Azim's room.

Next week we'll be starting a new rotation of anchors and tech on ROMS TV. This is a first reminder to Liam T., M-3, Cohen W., M-8 and Victor T., 7-3 that you're on deck for next Monday!

Chill Zone will be meeting every Friday during outdoor activity in room 225. Please see Mrs. Campbell if interested.

Attention all badminton players! There will be a very important meeting today for all badminton player who are in the qualifying tournament in the gym at SECOND recess. All players who hope to play in next week's city play-off tournament must attend. There will also be a grade 8 practice today at SECOND recess.

Grade 8 Intra murals;
Congrats to the 8-3 Muffins for their team Kahoot championship and to Eva as the individual grand poobah, Stay tuned to announcements for next week's intra-mural event. 

Reminder to grade 6/7 boys rugby players as well as all girls rugby player of your practice Monday after school.

Track and Field:
Next week's track and field practice schedule will be posted on the ROMS Athletics web page later today. Next week, general practices will be Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15, and high jump practice will be Wednesday morning at 8:15. Sign up for events will occur Tuesday and Thursday morning.



Travino Lane: Please avoid going through the Travino Lane development when dropping your son/daughter off at school. This is a private road.

Art Room Request for Magazines: ROMS families.......Please consider donating your used magazines to the art room. We are in NEED for sports, food, fashion, travel, lifestyle, surf, boating, clothing/shoes....currently we are low in all categories. Just drop them off to the art room! Thank you so much, Darlene Kardash

Non Instructional Day: The school will be closed on Friday, May 4, 2018.
