ROMS TV Script, Wednesday, December 6

Here is your afternoon ROMS TV News

S1: Hello! I’m ____________________

S2: And I’m _____________________

Today is Wednesday, December 6 and here’s the news about what’s happening at Royal Oak.  The weather calls for mostly sunny skies  and a high 8 degrees.    You gotta like the sun shine!

This is our last month of school in 2017 and  there are now 19 days until the big guy comes in his sleigh   Did you know there is a 9th reindeer?  Goes by the name Olive.

Olive (all of ) the other reindeer, used to laugh ….

Did you know:

  • Montreal is the world’s second largest French speaking city after Paris.

  • Six cities in Canada have a population of over 1 million: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton and Ottawa.

Playground:   The new playground structure is almost ready.    We are still waiting for wood  chips around the climbing bars.  The structure is closed for our use until it until that happens. Remember Friday is Pizza day!  Only 3 pizza days left in 2017.

Bus Cards:

Attention all bus students, please do NOT put holes in you bus passes or alter the cards in any way. It might cause your bus pass to become defective. We have already experienced cards that do not work as a result. Thank you for your help with this matter.

School Grounds:  has your class been out on a grounds clean up lately?   If we all do our part, the grounds will look great!

Report Cards:  Reminder to students that report cards will go home this  Friday.

Bus passes:  Be sure to keep your bus pass is a safe place.  Students who have just registered, will be getting a card soon.  Cards are coming, but we have to be patient.

We are told to not hole punch the bus cards as it causes them to malfunction.

This concludes our ROMS TV Newscast for today.  If it happens, it happens on ROMS TV
