Have you been watching ROMS TV news lately? Starting today, and for the next two weeks, you'll be seeing two new news readers, Macy and Serena. Behind the scenes will be Anika. Ladies, be sure to report to the LC at 11 am.

8 Hoodies: Good news grade 8's, you will have one last chance
to order your Grade 8 hoodie.
The PAC will be making one last hoodie order on Friday Nov. 17th. Order forms available outside the office or on the PAC Parent Website. Completed order forms to be dropped in the PAC BOX across from the office.
Canteen tomorrow: Popcorn sold every Wednesday at first recess. Popcorn $1.50,
There will be an important meeting for all Athletic Leadership members, today at FIRST recess in the gym. All members must attend. Please come to the gym right after block 2 today.

All players and parents are asked to plan transportation arrangements ahead of time to the next away game, and should be able to tell their coach who is driving them to the game and home.

Intra murals: Today the grade 6/7 indoor soccer intra murals continue with divisions 6-1, 6-4, M-1, and M-7 taking to the pitch. Students playing today can come to the gym right after advisory, dressed in PE strip, ready to play.
Swim Club: The first swim meet of the season is coming up on Sunday Nov 19th. Swimmers are asked to plan for this, and are expected to attend a meeting later this week. Stay tuned for further details.

Google Docs Training
Thursday, November 16th
5:45-6:45 pm in the Learning Commons
We will be hosting a Google Docs training session for parents and guardians prior to the PAC meeting on Thursday, November 16th from 5:45-6:45 pm in the Learning Commons. Google educators will share their knowledge and help us learn the technology and terminology that is being used in the classrooms. This is a hands on workshop, bring your own device or use a computer from the Learning Commons. Come learn with us!
Our general PAC meeting will begin at 7:00 pm - We have a special guest speaker attending – Jennifer Gibson from Island Sexual Health will be attending the PAC meeting from 7:00-8:00 pm. Jennifer is a renowned sexual health educator who is known for supporting parents as students change and grow.
Join us for one or both informative sessions – this is an excellent opportunity to learn!

Lost and Found continues to grow every day. Be sure to look for you missing items. Your items are not stolen rather they are sitting in the L & F waiting for you!
Our new School Superintendent, Mr Eberwein, came to our school last Thursday. He was very impressed with all the exciting learning he witnessed and with the warm welcome he received.
