Visitors: ROMS students and staff would like to welcome students and teachers from KIE/KATO GAKUEN Junior High School in Japan. They will be visiting our school until March 14th.
A huge congratulations to the ROMS Talent Show performers who shared their undeniable talents to a full house last Friday night ! Also, a gargantuan Thank you to the Students heading off to France as well as Mrs. Ryan, Ms. Cottier, Ms. Pratt and Mr. Mollard and his extreme team for making the evening run smooth as silk!

Volleyball: Congratulations to the grade 8 boys volleyball team on their success last night at Gordon Head. The boys battled hard and won all of their games, finishing 3rd in the city heading into play-offs. great job eagles!
After school today the grade 7 girls volleyball team hosts the City Championships and will be playing for first overall in Greater Victoria. Please come out and support them later today!

Attention all grade 6/7 classes. Basketball intramural continue today with division 7-3 playing division 7-4, and division M-1 vs division M-3. All players must come down to the gym at 1:16 today and be ready to play with at least 5 players.

Notice to all grade 8 boys interested in rugby - first practice is Wednesday after school, with our 2nd being next Monday. Cleats and mouth guards mandatory.

Did you also that we have 21 Japanese Students visiting Royal Oak? They will be here for the next 5 days experiencing the culture of Canada and our school. Please give a warm welcome to them as you see them in our hallways.

2) Health Fact: Apple cider Vinegar! Although it does not taste great, it does improve digestion. If it does not taste great, then it must be good for you.

4) Grade 8’s - The Claremont course selection forms have been taken up to Claremont. If you missed the deadline, it is now your job to do this.
