Voice Ensemble:

There is a Vocal Ensemble rehearsal today at 1:16! All members must attend. 

Drawing Club: There is Mindful Drawing Group today in Ms Noel's room on the blue floor during outside activity time. Please bring a journal, pencil crayons,felts, pencil,sharpie and glue. 

Can you run this every Wednesday until December.14

Canteen today: Popcorn on sale at first recess. Popcorn $1.50,

Canteen Thursday: On sale at recess tomorrow -chocolate chip cookies, smoothies and burritos. Cookies $1.00, smoothies 50 cents, burritos-$1.00

Grade 8 Hoodies:

Grade 8 farewell hoodies are ready for pick-up this Friday Nov. 25th at lunch recess. If you have ordered a grade 8 hoodie this year, come on by and pick it up!!

Lost & Found: A reminder that lost & found will be donated to charity at the end of the day tomorrow. Please check to see if any items belong to you!


Congratulations to the Grade 6/7 girls recreation basketball team who won their game last night against Cedar Hill with a score of 17/32 Well done girls!

ROMS Athletic Wear – Order Now:

 Support ROMS athletics by getting some new and improved Eagles clothing. Sample sizes and order forms can be found at the PE office as well as on the Royal Oak homepage and athletics web page. Order deadline – all orders must be handed in to Mr. Menzies' hands by the end of this Friday Nov 25. Go Eagles!

Good afternoon Royal Oak! Here is your TV News stories for Wednesday, November 23nd

Did you know the fortune cookie was invented in San Francisco

Did you also know, much like teenagers, Koalas sleep around 18 hours a day

1) The Big Royal Oak will be our Craft Fair is this Saturday. Yes this Saturday from 9:30 to 3 pm . Be sure to come on out to do your Christmas shopping! See there this Saturday.

2) Do you you like to shop at the Malls? If you do not have a SPC card, you are not saving money when you shop. Ask your friends about the savings you get when using your SPC card.

3) Grounds clean up! Every class has a zone to clean. Be sure a few members of your class are going out to do a regular clean. Keeping our grounds clean is a reflection on our school.

4) ) The Lost and Found will be cleaned up and given away this Thursday. If you are missing a clothing item or gym strip you know what you need to do!

6) The Royal Oak Band concert is one week away is coming up fast! Monday night is the big evening!

7) The vocal ensemble is on Wednesday and Friday. If you want to be part of this singing group, see Ms Galavo in the band room.

8) Reminder Pizza day is coming up on Friday!

Stelly's Secondary Global Gala Fundraising Event: Thursday, November 24th from 5-9 pm Students Helping Students – The 2016-17 Global Perspectives students are fund raising for their trip to Kochi, India where they will be helping construct two buildings for the St. Louis Primary School.

Band Concert: Parents, Grandparents & Community members are invited to attend our winter band concert on Monday, November 28th at 7:00 pm There will be silent auction items & raffle!

ROMS Craft Fair & Silent Auction

ROMS PAC will be hosting a community craft fair and silent auction.

Admission is by donation. Concession will be open with hot dogs and grill cheese
