Games Club: The Games Club will be meeting in Room 125 at 1:16 pm.

Conversation and Activities Club:
Attention all students from other countries and who speak other languages:  Come out every Monday to room 227 for conversation, games, and snacks!  Meet new friends, learn about other cultures, and practice your English.  All Royal Oak students are welcome to join us.  Please see Ms. Beristain in room 219 for more information.

Grade 6/7 Girls Competitive Basketball:
Reminder to the grade 6/7 girls competitive team of your practice at lunch recess today and tomorrow morning. 

Grade 8 Boys Recreation Basketball:
Reminder to the grade 8 boys rec. basketball team of their practice today at lunch and the jamboree at ROMS after school. See Mr. Stanchfield with any questions.

Grade 8 Boys Competitive Basketball:

There will we a brief meeting for all grade 8 boys on the competitive basketball team at FIRST recess to discuss your game at Glanford later today. Please meet at the PE office and be prepared to let Mr. Menzies know how you plan on traveling to the game today.

ROMS Athletic Wear – Order Now:

 Support ROMS athletics by getting some new and improved Eagles clothing. Sample sizes and order forms can be found at the PE office as well as on the Royal Oak homepage and athletics web page. Order deadline – all orders must be handed in to Mr. Menzies hands by the end of this Friday Nov 25. Go Eagles!

Congratulations to Evie J., Devan A. and Lauren F. in Div M-6 for winning the Silver Medal at the Peewee female Rep hockey tournament in Kamloops on the weekend.

Did you also know that each time you see a full moon, you see the same side?

1) The Royal Oak will be our Craft and Gift Sale is this Saturday. Yes this Saturday! November 26 from 9:30 to 3 pm . Be sure to come out and bring your friends and family!

2) Have you got your SPC card? Do you know what a SPC card is? If you do not have one, you are not saving money when you shop. Ask your friends who have one!

3) How are you with recycling? How are you with littering? Do your part and make sure you are both using recyclable containers and recycling your recyclables. Let's make our world a better place!

4) Term one is fast coming to an end. Make sure you ask your teacher what assignments are missing. You might be surprised to find our that some are missing! Get asking!

5) The Lost and Found is full! We mean Full. If you are missing a clothing item, you need to check out the L & F. Items will be donated to a charity this Thursday!

6) A big thank you to Mr. Menzies for all the work he does in the gym to keep all the extracurricular teams functioning. He spends many hours to coordinate the gym. When you see Mr. M, give him a big high 5!

Stelly's Secondary Global Gala Fundraising Event: Thursday, November 24th from 5-9 pm Students Helping Students – The 2016-17 Global Perspectives students are fund raising for their trip to Kochi, India where they will be helping construct two buildings for the St. Louis Primary School.

ROMS PAC will be hosting a community craft fair and silent auction.
