Any students renting a school band instrument need to return their instrument or renew their rental today.

Grade 8 Farewell tickets are on sale today at lunch.  Students must have their permission forms with them when purchasing. Only 2 more days to buy your tickets, don't miss out!

Attention Grade 7s: are you interested in being a part of ROMS Athletic Leadership next year? We are now accepting applications! Information can be found on the ROMS Athletics website. Applications due July 15th. 

Youth In Action – Kernels popcorn on sale at recess all week long - $2/bag.

Congratulations to 8-2, 8-3, 8-5 and 7-2 for returning all their books to the Learning Commons!  A huge thank you from Ms. Rayner and Mrs. Prevost goes out to those classes.  If you are not in one of these classes, check your classroom whiteboards for lists of people with overdue books.  You will need to return all books, or pay for replacements, before you get your yearbook next week.  

This announcement is for all students who took ART this year. If you have unglazed pieces of clay that you would like to glaze and complete, Mrs. Labelle and Mrs. Robson will have the art room open on Thursday of this week at lunch recess time. Please arrive right after the bell at 1:16. This will be your LAST chance to glaze your work! We also ask all art students to please come to the art room at this time to claim any finished pieces of work form the year.

The Greater Victoria Public Library has several programs for teens and tweens this summer.  From movie-making to knitting, there may be something that interests you.  For more information go to gvpl.ca

Tomorrow is the last Pizza Day of the year: Classes will be called in the following order: 6/7 Green Floor, Grade 8, 6/7 Blue Floor – Helpers: M-2 – Ms. Savage.

Parents & PAC Royal Oak Review @ noon:

There are a number of containers left over from the Grade 8 Farewell bake sale. If one of them is yours, please have your student pick it up at the office.

Team Uniforms: Please take a look around your home for any school uniforms, even it they were froma few years ago. The PE Dept is missing a number of uniforms and would greatly appreciate them being returned.

Help support your school and bring your empty bottles to any bottle depot in Victoria. Please tell the employees BEFORE the bottle count that you want the funds to go to the ROYAL OAK MIDDLE SCHOOL account.
