All grade 6 bass players have sectionals today during lunch activity period.

All grade 7 percussionists please meet in the band room at morning recess.

All grade 8 band students need to bring their instruments for an extra rehearsal tomorrow during block 4.

All band magazine orders are due today.

Lollies for Sale! Chocolate! Chocolate! Chocolate! There are chocolate lollipops for sale this Friday at Recess in the canteen. Bring a toonie and buy one to support Div. M6.

Canteen today:chicken nuggets - $2.00, chocolate smoothies – 50 cents and cookies – 75 cents.

Pizza Day tomorrow – Classes will be called in the following order: 6/7 Blue Floor, 6/7 Green Floor, Gr. 8 Helpers: Div. 8-7 – H. Robson


ROMS SPORTS

There is a very important meeting for all grade 6/7 boys competitive basketball players in Mrs. Blaikie's room during the morning Recess.

Grade 6 boys' game at Arbutus tomorrowhas been moved to this Friday at Arbutus.

Congratulations to the Gr. 8 Comp Boys Basketball Team on winning a hard fought battle with Glanford last night in our gym. The boys won 32 to 26. The boys remain undefeated this season and will play for the city championship 5:15pm on Monday, Dec 8 at Gordon Head Head Middle School. This will be the boys' final game of the season and their opponent will be Gordon Head. The boys would really appreciate your support on Monday.

Grade 6 girls volleyball tryouts# 1 are today at 3:15.

Grade 6/7 Boys Competitive Boys Volleyball tryouts are today at lunch in the gym. This will be the first of two sessions. Please change in your gym strip and meet Miss Cottier as soon as the bell rings.

Grade 7 girls volleyballtomorrow morning at 7:00am.

Gift Sale - The big Royal Oak Gift Sale Is this Saturday. Be sure to bring out your family to this wonderful event. The gym is sold out and there are a lot of new vendors for this year.

Recognition - reminder to students who want to be recognized for their volunteer effort in athletics, service, leadership and fine arts, that they need to get the form filled out and signed off by the sponsoring adult by Dec 10th.
