Good morning Royal Oak and welcome to day three of the Cool Aid Warm Clothing Drive. Yesterday, grade 8 leadership students collected clothing items from classrooms and were impressed to see the warm jackets, hats, winter shoes/boots pour in. A great start to filling the need for warm clothing around the Victoria community. After day 2, the Blue Floor has pulled significantly ahead of the Green Floor. The current score is 31 items for the Green Floor, and an impressive 81 items for the Blue Floor. However, we still have 3 days to go so talk to your friends and family members about this fundraiser, and lets make our community proud of Royal Oak Middle School!

There is choir rehearsal today at lunch.

All grade 6 trumpet players have sectionals tomorrow.

Band students are currently selling poinsettias and magazine subscriptions, talk to a band student for more details.

Canteen Thursday: chicken nuggets - $2.00, chocolate smoothies – 50 cents and cookies – 75 cents.
