Good morning Royal Oak and welcome to day two of the Cool Aid Warm Clothing Drive. Yesterday, grade 8 leadership students dropped off bright yellow boxes to classrooms, now it is your turn to fill them. Please bring warm jackets, hats, winter shoes/boots tomorrow and for the rest of the week, and let's fill the need for warm clothing around the Victoria community. After day 1 the green floor has taken the lead by 5 items of clothing, but we still have 4 days to go. Talk to your friends and family members about this fundraiser and lets make our community proud of Royal Oak Middle School!

Extreme Team will not be meeting today. Please see Mr. Mollard to talk about your team members.

All grade 6 trombone and baritone players have sectionals today during lunch activity period.

Photo retakes are due today.Please bring them to the office.

The band program is selling tickets to Hillside Mall's Night of Lights shopping event on Nov. 23. Any students or staff can purchase tickets for $5 from Mr. Bridgman or talk to a band student for more details. Tickets are available until this Thursday, Nov. 20. Reminder to all grade 6/7 band studentsto bring $5 to Mr. Bridgman for the breezin thru theory program.

There have been a number of jewelry items found: 2 watches, a silver half heart necklace, rings, and crystal type earrings. If you are missing your ring, watch, necklace or earrings, please come and claim them from the office.

Winter clothing order forms can be found in front of the office and on the Athletics website. Orders are due by November 28th. Get your ROMS hoodies, PJ pants, onesies and athletic socks in time for the holidays.

If you ordered a basketball warm up shirt you can pick it up today during the lunch activity period from Mr Stewart in the PE office.

Are you a grade 6 student interested in learning some volleyball skills before the season begins? There will be a skills clinic this Friday, Nov. 21st at lunch with Mme. Espedido! No experience required.

6/7 girls competitive team has a home game today at 3:45. Come cheer them on!

8 boys competitive team plays at Glanford tomorrow at 3:45.

7/8 girls competitive team plays at Glanford tomorrow at 5:15.

Reminder to divisions 8-1, 8-3, 8-4 and 8-6 of their intra mural soccer semi-finals Wednesday at lunch.

Back by popular demand, your school parent volunteers will be selling our
FAMOUS GRILLED CHEESE sandwiches during the craft fair. Come out for lunch and browse the vendors' booths. This is a great way to support your school !!
