Attention all grade 6s! Don't forget to bring in your permission form for movie night this Friday – that's TOMORROW! We are watching Parental Guidance and will be serving pizza, drinks, popcorn, and treats. Activities start right after school. See you there!"

There will be a meeting for all band students today during advisory period in the multi-purpose room to discuss upcoming fundraisers. Students can bring their lunch.

All grade 6 flute players have sectionals today during lunch activity period.

Pizza Day tomorrow - $2.50 per slice – Classes will be called in the following order: Gr 6/7 Blue Floor, Gr. 6/7 Green Floor, Grade 8 – Helpers: Div. 8-4 – Mr. Lloyd

Today at lunch recess, the Learning Commons will be open for homework and quiet reading only as they are setting up for an event.

Canteen today: chicken nuggets - $2.00, chocolate smoothies – 50 cents and cookies – 75 cents.


Swim club has their first meet this Sunday, November 16th from 10-1. Any swimmers who missed the meeting yesterday, please check in with Ms. Robson.

Come cheer on our competitive grade 6 and 6/7 boys as they play against each other at home today at 3:45!

Lost and Found: The Lost and Found Closet is full. If your child has lost any clothing items, lunch kit or gym strip, it can be found it in the Lost and Found. Items will be donated this Friday to a local charity. Please come in and check!

Entertainment books, thank you to all who supported our fundraiser, it is closed now. We still have over 100 books not returned, please return any books or payment as soon as possible.

Craft Fair –There are still a few tables available including student tables which are $10 for a spot, please get your application in asap. The application is on the website. We are also looking for silent auction donations so if you have a donation, please send with your student or leave at the office. Saturday, December 6th , from 10 - 3, come out do some shopping and support our school.

COPACS and the Saanich Teachers Association are co-hosting an all candidates debate for those running for the school board this week. Please encourage your communities to vote in the upcoming elections and to learn more about the candidates running for school board trustee. This is an opportunity for parents to have a direct and significant voice into how our district is run and managed.
