Mini X  - Reminder our Mini X starts tomorrow.   Please ensure you know where your session is being offered and you come prepared for your session that you are signed up for.  Students who need permission forms to go off campus, remember it is very important that you get these forms in today.

Talent Show MC & performers please attend a meeting at 1:16 in Room 220. Bring a pencil.

Mini X Tomorrow block 4 is our first of three Spring  Mini X Activities.  Please ensure your name is on a list, you know where your activity is being held and that you come prepared for the session you have signed up for.  Students who need permission forms to go off campus need to get these forms in today. You will not be able to join the off-campus Mini-X without a permission form.

Outdoor wide game participants should all now have their permission forms. You must have this form signed and returned to Ms Fuller or Ms Campbell in order to participate on Friday.

Students who are in
Tennis for Mini-Ex must pick up their permission forms today at the first recess in the Learning Commons.  They need to be signed tonight by your parents if you want to go to the tennis courts.

Theatrical & Costume Make-up Mini-X:
For those students in this Mini-X - this is a quick reminder to please remember to bring your own make-up and brushes to this mini-x session.  Any Halloween/costume make-up supplies you might have to bring are also welcome.  Ms. Herrmann will be bringing some additional supplies but needs everyone to contribute as they are able. 


Sports:

  • Hockey intra-murals today are M-6 vs. M-2 and M-5 (7s) and 7-2

  • Any students who missed the first Track & Field practice this morning, please see Ms. Robson to sign-up. Next practice is next Thursday at 8:15am

  • Attention grade 8 boys and girls rugby players - there is an important meeting in Mr. Stanchfield's room Friday at lunch.

PAC - our current Parent Advisory Council is looking for new Members to join the executive team as several members are leaving us due to their child moving to High School.  Please consider joining the PAC, it is not a huge commitment, but a very important one.

Mini X  - Tomorrow is our first spring Mini X.  Some students will be going off campus and require a signed Field Trip permission form.  It is very important that you get these forms in today so that teachers know the students are able to leave the school grounds.

Try On An Instrument!
- This is an opportunity for new students to band to try-out an instrument before they make a choice for next year. Come to Royal Oak next Tuesday, April 29th from 6pm to 8pm.

This is the final week to bring in your Scrap Metal to our Recycling Bin! All proceeds go towards the band program.
