February is Random Acts of Kindness Month - do something nice for no reason at all!

Morning Announcements:

Yes, tomorrow is Pink Shirt Day! Wear as much Pink as you can to show that bully behaviour is NOT OK. During recess tomorrow we will have our annual school-wide group photo with everyone wearing Pink.  See U tomorrow in your Pink!
Pink Shirts can be purchased today at recess and lunch by the front entrance for $10.

Miss Fuller's Block 2 and 3 PE classes are reminded to bring a pen or pencil to the gym today for their Volleyball quiz.

Reminder to all
swim club members today is the last day to hand in permission forms and money to Ms. Robson!

There will be an important meeting of the Brazil Students and their classroom buddies (those who attended the welcome meeting) in the Learning Commons today at recess.


PINK DAY - Yes it is Pink Shirt Day tomorrow  Be sure to wear all the pink bling & clothes you own on Wednesday to make a clear statement that bullying behaviour is NOT OK. 
Pink T Shirts will be on sale today at Lunch Activity for $10.  Be sure to get yours as the number of available Pink shirts are limited. 

The Grade 7 Boys volleyball team had great games to watch yesterday at Dunsmuir with jump serves and back row kills.  All were exciting elements of the game.  Players, please hand in your game shirts to Ms. Espedido by Thursday.

Grade 8 Parents - reminder of the important parent information night at Claremont tomorrow (Wednesday) night from 7 – 8pm in the Ridge Theatre. Students are welcome.

If you are a grade 8 parent, please ensure your child has returned the Field Trip Permission form to the Homeroom teacher.  We go to Claremont this Thursday.  Forms can be downloaded off the school web page.
