Tomorrow is school photo day!  All students and staff will be getting their photo taken.  A runner will come to your class when we are ready for you.  We are asking all staff to come to the MPR before school to get their photo taken. Also, hold onto the photo day flier that you received last week and bring it with you when you get your picture taken.

Thank you to the PE students, the change rooms were in much better condition at the end of the day. 

Recycling - We have noticed that the recycling stations have improved. Thank your for your efforts to make a difference in what we recycle here at Royal Oak.

Animation Club - There will be a meeting today for the Animation Club at 1:16 in the Blue Lab.

Choir? There will be a meeting today during lunch activity time in the band room for all students interested in singing pop and classical music. Grab a friend and come see what ROMS Choir is all about!

Youth in Action - Do you like to make a difference? Do you want to change the world? If you are a mover and shaker and want to make a difference in people's lives both locally and globally, come to the first Youth in Actionmeeting today at 1:16 in Ms Morgan's room #132. Everyone is welcome to this lunch-time club.

X-Country – there will be a meeting today at lunch activity time for all X-Country runners going to the meet tomorrow. Please meet in Mr. Azim's room # 122 at 1:16 today.

Students who are traveling to France, have a meeting in room 220 today during advisory at 12:47.

Swim club will start in early October. All students interested in joining should attend an important meeting tomorrow at lunch activity time, 1:16, in the gym.

There will be a meeting of the "
Learning Commons Crew" on Friday at 11:23 recess. If you are interested in helping Mrs. Prevost and Ms. Rayner in the Learning Commons, please come to this meeting.

Teen Fest 2013 is coming your way on October 5th at Eagle Ridge Rec Center in Langford. Check the posters in our hallways and see the information on our website.


Home Ec Dept is collecting
apples for our World Famous Apple Pies and Canadian Tire Money.

Reminder about our crowded parking lot.  It is much easier and more convenient to pick up your child on Greenlea (road behind the school).  Thanks for helping us with this issue.
