Reminder that Friday, February 15th is the School District Pro D day – no students in attendance on Friday.

Grade 7/8 Rec. Girls volleyball team has a practice today at 1:16 in the gym. Please come in gym strip.
Grade 7/8 Competitive boys and 6/7 Recreational Boys Volleyball players have a practice on Wednesday morning at 7:45am.
The 7/8 Competitive boys also have a practice after school on Wednesday.

Band Sectionalstodayat 12:47 are Flutes.

Ski Trip – all grade 8 participating in the skit trip this Thursday are required to attend a meeting in the MPR today at 12:47 – please bring your lunch to the meeting.

Room 122 is open to anyone who wants to play
chess today during the lunch recess.  Pop in for a game.

Thursday is PJ day at Royal Oak!   Yes you can wake up and come as you are to school in your PJ's. - remember your teddy as well!

Handbags for Hope – please look around in your closets and bring in what you don't use. Your gift will help other children.

The Saanich School Board is distributing a proposed calendar for 2013-2014 for feedback from the parent and guardian community.

Please find online survey link below to provide your feedback and the proposed calendar details are listed below the link.

FEEDBACK IS REQUIRED BY MONDAY FEBRUARY 18TH, 2013.

COPACS will be distributing 25-50 hard copy versions of the survey to all elementary and middle schools on Tuesday February 12, 2013 and will be collecting them on Monday February 18th, 2013 to submitted to the board office the next day.  If the PAC's at each of the school's wish to assist in the delivery and collection then please let COPACS. So please help us get the surveys to the parents/guardians who don't have access to email. The secondary schools parents and guardians will be asked to complete the survey online.
